We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and transparent solutions in accounting, taxation, and compliance. While we strive for excellence in every engagement, we also recognize that there may be times when a client is not fully satisfied.
In such cases, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team will review your concern, and depending on the situation, we may provide a suitable resolution, including a refund or service credit for future use.
If You Are Not Satisfied
Registered users may log in to the Client Portal and raise a support ticket to initiate a refund or resolution request.
Each ticket is personally reviewed by a member of our senior management team.
A response will be provided within 24–48 hours.

Refund Policy
All advance fees paid by clients are first deposited into a client account. Fees are recognized as earned only when our team begins work on your matter.
Fees are considered non-refundable once resources, time, and effort have been invested in the service.
Payments made to government authorities, regulators, or third-party agencies (such as MCA, GST portal, Trademark office, etc.) cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
Lakshya Tax Consultancy’s liability for refunds shall never exceed the advance fees paid by the client.
Client Responsibility
Clients must carefully review all prepared documents before making the final payment.
By completing the final payment, you acknowledge that you have verified the accuracy of the documents.
Errors arising from incorrect information provided by the client (e.g., spelling mistakes, wrong details) will not be the responsibility of Lakshya Tax Consultancy.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be raised within 60 days of purchase.
Refunds can be requested by contacting your engagement manager through the platform chat or email.
Requests beyond 60 days will only qualify for service credit, not refunds.
Processing a refund typically takes 4–5 weeks from the date we receive all necessary details (e.g., bank information, reason for refund).
Change of Service
If you wish to switch to another service within 60 days of your purchase, we can transfer the amount paid (after deducting earned fees and government/third-party charges) as credit balance to your client account.
This credit can be used for any other Lakshya Tax Consultancy service.
Pricing Policy
Our services follow a standard pricing model, with no hidden charges.
However, fees may vary if:
In such cases, additional expenses are borne by the client.
Factors Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to achieve successful outcomes, some circumstances are outside our control, including:
Delays or rejections by government authorities.
Platform errors or downtime (MCA, GST, Income Tax, FSSAI portals, etc.).
Decisions taken by third-party service providers or regulators.
Such issues do not qualify for refunds under this policy.
Force Majeure
Lakshya Tax Consultancy shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, wars, terrorism, labor strikes, court orders, or changes in law.
Cancellation Policy
If you request to cancel a service:
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee, plus earned fees and government charges, will be deducted.
The cancellation fee does not apply if you opt to change your service instead of cancelling.
In case work has already started, we reserve the right to attempt completion of the service before approving cancellation.
